Training Plans 

TRIATHLON OPTIONS

Three Step Process:

Before we begin working with an athlete, we ask each to fill out an online athlete assessment survey. The survey allows us to understand your athletic, running, and triathlon history and goals.
  
Individually meet each athlete to answer questions and explain the workouts featured in training plans. For athletes abroad, we employ Skype and Facetime to connect with athletes monthly.
The third step takes place in the first two weeks of training. After meeting individually with our athletes, we conduct an active assessment of form and mechanics. The hour-long session focuses on drills and forms to increase efficiency and avoid common injuries. 

Site Title

No two bodies and fitness levels are alike; therefore, no two runners have the same training plan.  Each plan consists of target miles, pace, and specific workouts to begin your training 12-18 weeks prior to a goal race. Athletes are monitored via STRAVA to ensure gradual progress. 

We all face distractions and competition. Individual triathlon plans are designed to achieve your goals and maximize training time. Plans are developed based on monthly training cycles and provide detailed workouts for each athlete. 

RUNNING TRAINING PLAN

$90 a month

Best option for athletes not based on Guam and just need assistance with a structured plan.

 

TRAINING PLAN & GROUP WORKOUTS

$100 a month

Best option for local athletes that need structured training & active coaching. 

 

INDIVIDUAL COACHING SESSIONS

$50-75 an hour

These one-on-one sessions focuses on elements of your training and race preparations; i.e. form, mechanics, nutrition, and race strategy. 

TRIATHLON TRAINING PLAN

$125 a month

Best option for athletes not based on Guam that need structure and detailed workouts. 

 

TRIATHLON TRAINING PLAN & WORKOUTS

$175 a month

Designed for local athletes that need individual assistance on running, swimming, and biking elements. Includes meeting twice a month to work with your coach. 

 

INDIVIDUAL COACHING 

$50-75 an hour
